Biography
Victorien was born on 7 August 1857 in Flobecq. He was the son of Emmanuel Derobert Masure and Marie Josephine Dubois.[1] He married Désirée Rosalie Boucaut on 17 September 1881 in Clermont.[2] Later widowed, he married Marie-Alix Géry on 16 February 1887 in Cressonsacq.[3]
